Mastro A will not light up

I have a problem with a Maestro A the screen will light but the Mastro will not all the light on the maestro are dead it is like that part is not powered up can it be fixed did it lose the program .

    Make sure that the power cable is 100% plugged in on the back and that it is plugged into the wall.

    If you still have an issue, open a support ticket please.

    It can't loose its program. :)

    I am getting power to the board it was working just quit will open a support ticket.
