Dax failing after radio on for 12 hours

I'm not sure this computer or radio issue. Flex 8600 PGXL,TGXL,AGXL all current firmware. Yesterday it was a one my Net control days so I woke up at 0700 and tuned up to 40m chatted for about 2 hours. 0900 tuned to 20M worked a DX station and check into another net at 11:00 AM ran my net on 14.300 the at 1200 left the radio on and departed for appt. I got back at 1630 and fixed dinner and checked into 80M net then at 9PM I tuned to 40M to FreeDV and I found that DAX had failed. I can't tell how long it had failed. To get it back I had to restart the radio.

    When I start up SSDR, I have it set that both DAX and CAT automatically start at the same time. That worked great with win 10 however with win 11, I have to click on both the DAX icon and CAT icon in the system tray ( located at the bottom of the monitor) to get DAX and CAT to work normally. Both still load when SSDR starts, but I still have to open each window for each to function normally. I have ran AFSK RTTY contests w/ DAX for more than 12 hours w/o issue but I would have issues with both if I do not open and close their windows individually after SSDR starts up with win 11.

    As far as I can tell , you did not try to use DAX until the end of your 12 hour time period but I am saying if I personally did not open the DAX window after SSDR loaded on win 11 I would have seen a problem right away. Hope this helps.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
