PTT Request RCA

Hi all,

I have a small issue. I am using an Ultrabeam VL2.3 for which I used the relay on the back of the antenna controller to the RCA TX Req on the back of the radio, it was working.
But since a few releases it does not seem to work anymore.

Of course in the Band settings I have clicked PTT Req for all the bands covered by antenna.

I am in active low in the settings for this RCA. I also just took the two wires out of the plug of the antenna controller and touch them together and there is no interlock engaged like it used to be.

I also tried to implement an interlock through API with the Ethernet interlock but do not seem to get it to work.

The way I understand it is that we can't just send a c1|interlock not_ready <interlock id> (after creation of the ethernet interlock of course) to lock the radio. It seems like we need to wait for a TX REQUEST sent by the program and that within 500ms the program replies ready or not ready. If anyone is having experience with using the network interlock it would be greatly appreciated.

Of course the whole point is not to have the transceiver to transmit if elements are moving.

Thanks

Please test again on 4.1.5 and if the problem still exists, export your profiles, reset the radio and test before importing your profiles.

If you still have the problem (and you TX band settings are correct) then please open a support ticket.

    thanks

    Hi Mike,

    Ok will do that.

Manage to make it work through API but would really prefer the hardware version to work.

    Thanks
