Smartlink random disconnect

in Remote Operation (SmartLink)
Our club has a Flex 6700 running 3.10.10 setup as our remote station, it is on a LAN at our remote site, Internet connected through Verizon, it is assigned a fixed local IP address on the LAN and has a reliable internet connection. The radio connects to SmartLink and passes all network tests and SmartSDR works fine remotely. The problem we are having is that after a day or two the radio stops showing up in SmartSDR remotely. We have the Remote On plug and play kit and when we restart the radio it shows up in SmartSDR and works fine. But a day or two later it is disconnected again. There are no changes to the router, LAN or network configuration during this time. Please advise. 73, Dean KK4DAS Vienna Wireless Society, K4XY station admin

    When it stops showing up on the Radio chooser, it is one user or all users?

    This looks more like the thread I should be on. I'll be interested to hear what comes up. Having the same problem but it occurs more frequently. And it just started recently. High quality connections on both ends. Status Excellent, Latency 55, 0.04% dropped packets. Had an episode of Max Latency >999 this morning.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
