Maestro stops turning on and no help from help desk

Maestro stops turning on. I created several help desk tickets. The first on several weeks ago, without any answer. I need to know what to do to get it fixed?

    If you give me a callsign or email address, I will check the helpdesk system for you. Given that we respond in a few hours, either the email is in your spam folder or your ticket never got created. That can happen sometimes on the Web interface.

    Mike, could you please check the helpdesk system for me? I have the same issue: my Maestro won't turn on. I already submitted a ticket, but I am still waiting for a response. Thank you

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
