SmartSDR for Mac 2.9.94 FlexControl not working

I'm new to SmartSDR for Mac. I have a FlexControl attached to my Mac. In Tools→Controller→FlexControl it shows that the FlexControl is connected. However, it does not tune or anything. I had it working on a previous boot. Just not this time

    Still no answer. SmartSDR for Mac — This is a serious problem that needs to be addressed. SmartDR for Mac is not very usable without the FlexControl.

    If Marcus is not answering, it likely means he is not seeing the same issue. If he can't recreate it, he can't fix it.

    You may want to uninstall SmartSDR MAC and reinstall it and see if that resolves it.
