Cannot make autotune work

I posted this on the Facebook page and also trying here.

Using 8400M SSDR v 4.1.3+. Was excited to see the CW autotune function become available. But I cannot make it work. Tried it using the radio face, SmartControl and SSDR for Windows. Nothing.

I set it for Intermittent and click the Autotune button, which turns blue, but the frequency bar never moves, no tuning to a cw signal.

Set it to One Shot, click the Autotune button and it briefly turns blue, but the cursor never moves, no tuning to a cw signal. I held the Autotune button and it stays blue as long as I hold it in but no tuning action.

What am I doing wrong? Yes I have factory reset the radio several times. All the other new feature are working.

I think I found the problem. You must be within 40-50 hertz from the signal and the signal strength must be a minimum of s9 before the autotune will work. Is that correct?
