I'm guess at what mean by scratching, but I think it is noise and clicking maybe?

If that is the case, then it is likely related to your network communications is not so perfect. Are you using WiFi or cables? If on the PC, it could be your PC isn't fast enough. This can happen if it is a bit older.

Can you tell us a bit more of your setup please.

This could also be a case of the mike gain not set appropriately for the particular mike being used. It would be helpful to know what mike is being used and which mike profile has been selected.

Philosr!, there are a few tutorials on Youtube which show how, using the duplex feature of the Flex, to adjust your mike profile for your particular mike and voice. Those may help improve readability.

I am using WiFi. Pc is about 2 years old. When I received the radio first thing I didn’t get that complaint. I guess I will go to YouTube and see if I can find some answers.

Can you test it without WiFi and see if the problem goes away?
