FR6400- THE RADIO DOES NOT START PROPERLY

Hello,
I have a problem with starting the FR-6400. I downloaded version 4.0.1., and started the SSDR application. The application started normally, but MOX, TUNE do not work, and the waterfall does not have the correct shape, as only squares are visible, I also do not hear any stations, or rather, RX does not work, and I cannot switch bands. I restarted the computer and the FR6400, but the same picture appears. What do you suggest? I am attaching the picture.

Hi Dare, there are no slices open. Did you try the RX+ button or a right click, Create Slice?

if You already tried that, export your profiles and do a factory reset. If that does not work, submit a help desk ticket.

This radio needs a factory reset and should also install 4.1.3 and jump over 4.0.1.
