Can I use diversity using antennas on ANT1 and RXA IN on 8600

in FLEX-8000 Signature Series

SmartSDR allows me to use diversity and ESC across these antenna ports, RX/TX’ing into ANT1 and obviously receive only into RXA IN.

Reading the manual it kind of says diversity works across the two receive ports, but as it lets me enable it I assume my config works as well?

Are the two RX ports hard wired into SCU units 1 and 2 respectively or can they use either?

    You can use any of them in any combination, the only restriction is you can't use more than 2 RX antennas at any one time - as you only have 2 SCU's.

    Yes. The software ensures that you have 2 antenna on different SCUs.

    While RXa and XVTRa are on SCU0 and RXb and XVTb are on SCU1, Antenna 1 and Antenna 2 can use either and this is done automatically and dynamically to ensure you don't have 2 DIV antennas on the same SCU.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
