You need to log a support call with Flex so the issue can be tracked and looked in to.

What device are you using remotely?

    • MAC
    • iOS
    • SmartSDR for Windows
    • Maestro

I run 100% remote and my Mic level meter is working. I can also confirm that it does work on a Maestro and Windows. That doesn't mean you aren't having the issue, but it is something unique to your setup it seems.

If you restart the radio and the client, does the Mic start to work. I have to ask if you did confirm it was turned on in the radio settings.

Make sure TX DAX is off as well. Lastly, please do a radio reset and see if it comes back. If not, then please follow up with our support team.

Sorry, but we need more information please.

One more thought, @on7wp to re-iterate what Mike mentioned:

Frequently, I find my DAX button is blue (selected) and I see no mic-audio on receive. I have no idea why DAX self-selects, but once I undo this, my mic-levels work during receive. So my quick suggestion for you: check to make sure DAX is not selected.

    HTH!

An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu.
