problems updating my 6600 V2 to new V4...

I have two 6600 flex radio’s.
One is version 3 and the other version 2.
I updated the new radio (version 3) to version 4 and bought a license “Get smartSDR+”. Everything went okay on the new radio with version 4.

Now I am trying to do the same to my other 6600 radio that’s on version 2 however, I haven’t succeeded so far.
After I update the v2 to v4 I am not allowed to enter the radio anymore and the dax login shows “license required” However there is no option in (settings- Radio setup-Radio) to buy the license for the second radio v2 . As I cannot start the Flex, I cannot enter the options to check there.

When I go back to V2, there is no option there either.
Am I doing something wrong?
So how would I go about adding the older V2 radio to a licensed v4 ?

    Hi Mike, this is a known issue with V1 and V2 radios. You will need to submit a help desk ticket.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
