What connectors do I need for my laptop for Radiosport RS55SL SuperLite Travel Headset. Laptop only has one 1/8" port, but the headset uses two??

Check your laptop manual. Your laptop may not have a Microphone input and if that's the case, you'll have to figure out some configuration for using a USB input for your mic. On the other hand, if your laptop uses a TRRS headset connection, where the connector has both headphones and mic connection, then you will need to buy or make a Y-adapter to connect your headset headphone and mic cables to one connector. Note that there are different TRRS configurations (tip, rings, & ground in different positions), so you need to know what your laptop requires. Your headset uses TRS, not TRRS connectors. The new Maestro version-C has the same problem, in that it requires a similar adapter, since it has only one input for both headset and mic. Search help for other posts to see if the Maestro solution applies to yours.

Hi Dave, So, then, the 2nd headset connector, that he apparently has, must be for PTT ?
Which would make the transition a lot easier.

Billy, is this the adapter you currently have with your headset?
