How to setup flex6600 in RV and use laptop or ipad without internet

I would like to setup my flex6600 in our RV and use my laptop or ipad wirelessly without a internet connection. I can use it with an ethernet cable with no problem but if I add a router ( Beryl AX GL-Inet) I do not see the radio. I would like to keep it simple. Do I need a different router or something else to make it work

thanks

If you add a typical Router with WiFi and connect the radio to the Network ports and then connect to the WiFi it should work. It might require some networking help if you don't understand how it works.

  • Thanks Mike I have set it up as you said and I can see the ip address issued by the router and i can see the wireless connection of the computer but does not show the radio. I am setup with DHCP with the radio and laptop.

You might need someone with network help. Can you ping the radio from the computer?
