smartsdr 4.01 and a power blink at the wrong time- FLEX 8600

Today at 11am EST I was going to be Net Control on 14.300. I hit the tune button on SmartSDR 4.01 and the Radio locked up and SmartSDR went down when the previous net control was calling me to take net control. The Radio started a loop start up , reboot for two times before I hit the power button. I started to analyze the situation. I told on chat box to give me 50 seconds Radio was up and everything looked ok, but deeper look SmartCat was not up. I finished the net. This was not very cool for Net Control to go through this I saw comment get a non-computer radio. I ignored that comment. After the net I turned off the Radio and computer and had lunch. About 40 minutes later after lunch I restarted the radio and computer everything looks normal again. This reminds me at midnight about 4 years ago I heard Afghanistan on cw on 20m I turned my beam and FLEX 6600 hit the tune and the same thing happened which cause me to put a Battery backup in line. This battery backup is currently being used with my wife O2 system. now it's time to get another one.

When I'm 75 in 8 years I will tell my grandkids about this Hi Hi.
