I purchased a SmartSDR+ but no link to my license was in the 3 response emails

I purchased a SmartSDR+ license but none of the 3 emails FlexRadio sent me included a link to the required file. Has that happened to anyone else? On top of that having a copy of Windows around is the only way you can get your radio upgraded so you can run SmartSDR on MacOS which is where I operate from.

You’re supposed to just click the refresh button

Hi Steven, the features that you purchased will be available 30 days after the release (Nov 30ish), unless you purchased the Early Access plan. The pop up is just letting you know that.

OK.. I did that. Now it tells me I need to subscribe to the early access tier to get the noise reduction I supposedly just bought. Is that right? As it's the only current feature offered for the 6XXXX series of radios It what I thought I was buying. I though it was ready to use is why they were offering the subscription at all.

    Yea my bad.

I though everything would kick off together on day zero.

But I see that it will be staggered.

    Which makes sense.

You have to reward the people going into the higher tier after all.

    GM all

The Early Access users have access to the features 30 days earlier than the rest of the SmartSDR+ users. The EA users can also share their feedback before we go GA (General Availability) to the SmartSDR+ users. The release notes do go over this if you want to have a review of them.

The EA people (btw, a hugely successful program) have provided a pile of excellent feedback so far. It has turned into an excellent program.

Let us know if you have any other questions and we will try to answer them. Doing it in a Forum is preferred as it allows others to learn from them.
