Got up this morning and the AG is not found on the network. It is powered up and shows network light flashing but the utility does not find it and when I ping the IP it is not found.

    12. TROUBLESHOOTING12.1. Re-riving a bricked deviceThe most typical scenario of bricking an AG is interrupting a firmware upgrade or failing afirmware upgrade due to a bad network connection.AG features a bootloader software enabling you to reinstall the firmware at any time. The bootloader uses a fixed IP address – 192.168.1.250 so make sure your network is using thesame subnet.Follow these steps to take to reinstall firmware on a bricked device:12. remove DC power from AG13. move DIP 8 to ON position14. turn DC power back on15. Open the app,16. Click on the Settings wheel and select Firmware Recovery17. You will be prompted with a window that looks like this:18. click Yes19. wait for the progress bar to fill up20. move DIP 8 to to OFF position21. remove DC power from AG22. turn DC power back on

An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
