Trying to set up for NAQP RTTY. Thought it would be a piece of cake. NOT!

CAT working with n1mm and PTT. N1MM is keying the radio.

I have SSDR running on one computer and everything else on a different one. DAX RX audio is fine. BUT DAX TX audio is not making it to the SSDR on the other computer. Firewall is set correctly. When I click the DAX button on the SSDR controls it turns blue for a moment then goes off right away. No idea what is causing this.

Thanks

Greg

By the way….RTTY selected as the mode in SSDR.

Well, my NAQP is ruined. I found that FRStack had a setting that was preventing the DAX tx button to stay on. I solved that. I changed everything from 1275 to 2125 and now have output but tx is not aligned with rx.

Ended up working it out but it took awhile. Started NAQP about 2.5 hrs late. FRStack has a setting to turn off DAX for any mode other than DIGL or DIGU. Should include RTTY as well.

    Still….had fun!

Greg, take some time and set this up. We have customers who have won serious RTTY contests using N1MM with MMTTY or 2Tone, etc.

TX DAX should not be getting turned off by FRstack.

I know this can be set up for a very reliable solution. Give it another test drive.

I found a setting in FRStack that turns off DAX TX when not in DIGU or DIGL. Selecting RTTY caused it to turn off.
