What may be causing display to flicker/blink at approx 9 sec intervals?

Assuming I fumbled a setting as not an issue when first received this May.

Appears to be independent of physical location, band selection, battery charger, mic/headset.

    More information is needed, such as:

    Radio model & Serial number,
    Software Version Used.
    Which Display? (M-Model Front panel? or SmartSDR Computer Screen?)
    Is this a "Local" Connection? or are you connecting remotely with SmartLink?
    Do you have a link to a video so someone can look at what is happening?

    Thanks for responding. Maestro C 0825-0523-0102-5073.

    Worked fine the first few times I've used it.

    The flicker/blink/whatever occurs without regard to the device state. Interval varies 6-9 secs.

    Occurs during initial boot and continues without respect to manner of connection (WiFi or Smartlink) to 8600. Or mode/band. Problem observed in the field far from potential local RFI.

    I just added an external monitor. Not observed.

    Hardware problem? Internal battery? Reset?

    HI Brad… I would recommend that you open up a Help Desk ticket. The Flex staff can help run through the diagnostics needed to determine if this is a hardware issue. But, I have to admit, it does sound like one….

    Hate to do it. Was really hoping I'd somehow **** something (easy to fix) up.

    I'm a very happy first-time customer otherwise. Love having the Maestro on the kitchen table while I work. Use the ioS software every day on my iPhone. Fun!

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
