how did I get blocked?
I was on Facebook looking at posts from Hamvention. One post from Mike Walter had a pointer to flexradio.com to see the specs on the new Aurora radio. I clicked on that pointer and received a message that Cloudflare has blocked me. All I did was click on the pointer from Mike's post.
Now I cannot even get to any flexradio website to ask about getting unblocked, no matter which flexradio website I go to tells me I am blocked. Obviously I can get to the community website but not to sales or support, etc.
Evidently they did not like me posting that I have been waiting since June 2, 2024 for my order for a new 8400M radio.
Any ideas how I can ask flexradio to unblock me?

Hi Fred, I don't think anyone blocked you. Give the Flex crew a day or two to get home (they are packing up now). I have seen this before where some intermediate server or service decides that something is wrong and blocks the traffic.

I got blocked because I made some cranky comments. ;-(

There is so much AI in FB now, that I can't tell who gets blocked or why, at least easily.
There are some permissions regarding content and civility and we do have those set pretty tight.

Mike thanks for the response. It did not help but thanks for posting. I don't know why I was blocked. I am still blocked. I don't know what to do about it. I cannot contact flexradio to find out why my order has not been processed.

We have had 1 other person who has issues with the cloudflare part. I was never able to get it resolved as I couldn't find out why.

I should not post this,but my 8400m should arrive here tomorrow, and it was only a 2 month wait. I am very pleased with Flex. I just hope I like the radio.

I guess I did not make myself clear. I tried emailing orders@flexradio.com, and sales@flexradio.com, and I am blocked. As I said I cannot get to any flexradio site except the community. That is why I asked, at least I tried to ask, if someone, maybe an administrator, could contact Flex, or Cloudflare, or whoever to get me unblocked so I can contact Flexradio about my order. I put in my order on June 2, 2024 and have received nothing yet.
Appreciate any help I can get with this.

Hi Fred, it may be your ISP. What message do you get saying that you are blocked?

When I attempt to signon to one of the Flexradio website I get a message:
Sorry, you have been blockedYou are unable to access kinsta.cloud
At the bottom of the page is: Cloudflare Ray ID 9438d115191ce74d
Tried this with 3 different browsers.

possible your antivirus software blocked it? Do you have a pop up blocker installed?

I checked all three browser and did not have any websites blocked. Turned off my vpn and then turned it back on.
Now I can connect to flex again. Have no idea what happened. Or what fixed it. But it works.
And I also got a response from sales and have an invoice to be paid, finally, after 11 1/2 months.
