Maestro C battery External Chargers

SO I purchased two Maestro C batteries, and the dual bank external charger. Has anyone else experienced the 'calibrate' issue where every other time I plug one of the batteries into the external charger, I get the flashing orange light and it takes 24 hours to finish? I haven't marked the batteries to track if it's just one or both, but seems useless if I have to wait 24 hours for a charge. Both batteries have seen three or four 'cycles' in the Maestro. I believe this is cell balancing? Not sure as it happens regardless of charge left in the battery.

An update: - I have a buddy with a charger - same one, and it does the same thing with my batteries, so it looks like its the battery, and to top things off, the other battery is now a solid red light.(Damaged). So I have one with a red light and one with a flashing orange light. For $700 for the charger and the two batteries, I would expect them to work for more than a few cycles.

if you bought them from Flex, open a Help Desk ticket. The support team will assist you.

RRC is a respected battery manufacturer. I have not had issues with my single charger.

I have two batteries and a single bay charger. I recharge the batteries daily. After at least 200 cycles, no issues.

    As Dave said please.

If you bought them online, we have seen issues with clone batteries.
