Auto shut down AG window
Can we get an option to be able to shut down the AG app when SSDR is shut down?
Thanks

The Antenna Genius product and software is from 4O3A. They do not monitor this forum, but you can try to reach out to them directly.

Mike…a different question for you. I have watched many of your FB videos. Including the one about setting up for remote and using the sonoff 4chpro wifi switch.
Is there a secret to getting it to pair? The LED is in pairing mode (2 short one long). Trying to connect to a 2.4Ghz channel (this router has 2.4, 5 and 6). App is downloaded and I created my account. I apply power and try to add a device but nothing ever connects. Router using WPA2-PSK security. Tried rebooting the router…nothing. I am on my 4th one trying to get it to pair.
Thanks
Greg

Hi Greg
Not sure, but have you tried to reach out to them or on another user forum?
I am moving all my remote control to this from Sierra Radio System.

Thanks…that is a bit overkill for what I need. Just something to remote ON and PTT the radio and to switch on an AC outlet.

Greg,
Would you be happening to use an Asus Zeb WiFi 6E mesh system? There was a firmware for that plus the RTAX7800 router released last week to correct an issue with some IoT devices not connecting.
Maybe check your router to see if a firmware update is available?
And as far as AC control and Remote On and remote PTT, I use the DLI Web Switch Pro and two DLI AC Relays. It interfaces to Node Red.

Thanks Dave. I have not learned Node Red….yet.
Router is a TP-Link BE-9300 and FW is up to date.
I am trying to use the Sonoff 4ch pro to at least manage my remote ON and PTT as well as a relay activated AC switch. The ones shown in Mike's video for starting remote setups. Router is set for 2.4, 5 and 6 GHz wifi. The smart switch only works on 2.4. But I have been unable to get it to connect. My phone is connected to the 2.4 router so I know it is working.

Hi Greg, I had trouble with mine (a different brand, but nearly identical in function and appearance). When I switched to a router with 2.4 and 5 GHz WiFi, I could no longer pair to it as the phone always chose the 5 GHz channel. I had a cheap WiFi extender that uses both frequencies, and by connecting my phone to the 2.4 GHz channel, it paired right up. I don't know if this is the same issue that you are having, but this somewhat roundabout solution worked for me and may be worth a try.

I read on another group some IoT devices have issue connecting if the router is set to WPA2/WPA3 security. Try setting to WPA2 if it is set to 2 & 3. Worth a try.
I had issues with my Dish Joey 4.0 units losing connection to the Hopper server. I did a firmware upgrade to the Asus Zen WiFi6 mesh and turned off WPA3. Now the connection is solid.73 Dave wo2x

I had to turn off 5 and 6 Ghz so only 2.4 was on. Then it paired in compatibility mode. Seems to be ok now.
Thanks as always!
