FT8 PROBLEM AUDIO TX - FLEX 6600 REMOTE

Hello. There is a problem with my 6600. When it was at home and I was working on FT 8 using WSJTX everything was OK. When I went to the country as a remote station and I work via SMARTLINK and WSJT the sound transmitted by TX is very wide on the screen and very strongly jerks the modulation. On RX everything is OK. The signal is clear and stable. There are no interruptions. You can also see power fluctuations. Restarts and restarts of FLEX and PC do nothing. I guess the problem may be low temperature because the radio is standing in conditions of about 8 degrees Celsius. Currently I do not have a computer in the second qth to connect to Flex via the local network and check if the problem also occurs. I have a maximum ping to the radio of 50 ms. So it is probably not a network problem. When connecting Mestro remotely I see that on SSB the sound effect is the same. Heavily distorted audio signal. All levels are set correctly. As I wrote above, when he was home, everything was OK. I'm really starting to wonder if he's not too cold. If you know anything about this, someone had a similar problem, please help. Best regards, JACEK SQ5AAG

Hi
This is a bit hard to debug, but I can confirm 100% it is not a temperature issue. I have run my 6600 to -10C for weeks on end without issue.
If you reboot the radio, does the problem go away? Is this on Windows or MAC? What version of SmartSDR are you using?
If on Windows, is your MAX LEVEL in SSDR about -5db? Are you in DIGU?
A screen shot would be helpful.

Hey. After remotely turning it off and on, the problem doesn't go away. But one day it fixed itself and it was fine the whole time. |Then I turned the radio off and the next day the problem appeared again.
SMART SDR works on WINDOWS 10 PRO (a friend tested it on MAC at the same time and it was OK - that's interesting, you logged in on MULTIFLEX). YES, DIGU is set. All settings are OK. Because that's what I worked with at home. I know how to set them so as not to overdrive the signal. It seems to me that when TUNE turned on, the PIK signal also goes incorrectly. I'm posting a screenshot during transmission. Pressed in WSJTX TUNE. SMART LINK version 3.8.20

This looks like a DAX Buffer overrun or underrun, most likely triggered by DPC's or by your CPU load hitting more than 85%.
If you toggle the Blue TX Button in the DAX Control Panel off and on, (Or close and reopen DAX) and the issue clears up for a while, then this is most likely the issue.
