Good morning. I have a SPE 1.3 amp that I would like to trade in on a power genius. Does Flex take non flex equipment in on trades?????

Yes, submit your Amp (non-Flex) as a trade in and we will work to get you a value.

Doing a quick Google search I found this:

    https://www.flexradio.com/trade-in/

Yes found that but it is set up for trading in a Radio, not an amp. It has required areas that need to be filled in? maybe someone from sales will see this post.

I doubt that Flex Sales will check here. I would call or email them with your question.

What are you waiting for John? The trade in process is a private conversation between the customer and FRS.

as Mike stayed, fill in the online trade-in form. Enter the amp make/model/ serial number and condition.

The sales team will get back to you through direct email. Make sure to check your email spam folder.

Hello mike and david. already submitted the info to flex. Was waiting to hear back from them about the value of my 1.3 K SPE amp. as a trade in.

Am I supposed to call them. Last I heard was that they would get back to me.😯

They will get back to you eventually. Right now it seems they are pretty swamped. You might look at the link they provided in their initial reply to see if they have made any comments there. Sometimes email providers think an email is spam and moves it to your spam folder. I have had that happen with my email provider in the past.

thanks James. I check the spam folder everyday. Yes. I just got my 8400M about a month ago.

You should hear back in a few days on OEM equipment. If nothing yet, follow up with hams@flexradio.com and Andy will check on it.
