Meters on Flex-8600M

Hi @all,
Last Saturday I got my first FlexRadio Flex-8600M. I'm really impressed by how much better the Flex-8600M is than my previous ANAN-G2 Ultra. Especially that the transmitted signal is so clean even without predistortion. Without predistortion this would not have been possible with the ANAN-G2 Ultra.
I have a question about the meters directly on the Flex-8600M. The Po, Level and Compression meters work. The ALC and SWR meters show nothing.
Is there a way to get the two meters to work?
I have one more question. Can you make a backup of the profiles or all settings directly on the Flex-8600M onto a USB stick? I only saw the option of saving the global profile, but that doesn't help me if I have to do a reset.
I made a backup with SmartSDR (macOS) and tried to restore it using "Restore Backup", which didn't work.
I'm using the latest firmware v.3.8.38.
Thank you in advance for any help!

Hi Mathias
Thanks for the update on the signal purity. I noticed the same thing when I was doing some internal testing and trying to make the signal look bad so I could clean it up with Adaptive Predistortion (we are calling it SmartSignal).
The meters do work. ALC is amplifier ALC, so it is possible that you do not see a deflection. SWR does also work but is it possible that you had a 1:1 SWR? If this is still a problem, open a support ticket and if you can supply a video, it is really helpful to the support staff. (oh, if this is a SmartSDR for MAC issue, contact Marcus DL8MRE as he is the author of this software).
Yes, you can export your profiles when on a PC. Look under the Profile Manager. At, least you can for the PC.
