Cannot Get Response from Customer Service

Is anyone else having a problem getting customer service to respond? I placed an order over a month ago and I inquired as to the status two days ago and no one is responding. I was told it would arrive this week and that didn't happen. Not getting a response is more unsettling that it being delayed so long.

    I will pass on your message to operations.

    It is not uncommon for them to get behind on responding to emails just to the share volume they receive. We appreciate it isn't perfect and they are looking into improving that.

    Thank you, Mike. I just want confirmation that I haven't been forgotten and if the order is going to take another month or two, perhaps cancel the order and just get by with PC and iPad.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
