This is a commercial amplifier that 4O3A makes. It would not be able to get FCC approval for the US.

On the 4O3A website for the amplifier the PA Specifications state "Exciter Drive Level: 50W Typical (US Version)". So, either they are planning to market it here or it is a mistake in their online product description.

I’m curious to know what to do if I want one of these and what would happen if you attempted to order it through Europe through their 4O3A website and attempted to have it shipped to the United States?

who agrees with me, The FCC needs to put on big boy away with a 15 Db HF amplifiers. It really doesn’t matter anymore because everybody’s got and most people are streaming service anyway. It’s not like we’re back in the 50s in the 60s where people had Ariel antenna to see you their TV for analog reception. It’s almost like the FCC believe that we’re still back in leave it to Leave It To Braver world.

Who knows maybe we’ll be lucky in the orange man we will just executive order away the FCC and be done with it in good riddance. I think we do a pretty good job of policing ourselves without their services and also they don’t even wanna intervene.
