Connecting cables for transverter ?
I what cables/connectors do I need for hooking a transporter to the 6600 ? I can see the connectors on the back of the flex but not sure what to order and what gender.

Oh, it is simply a BNC.

50 Ohms cable terminated with a male BNC (Flex side) to whatever is the transverter input connector.

Something to remember, Just like N Connectors BNC connectors come in both 50 and 75 Ohm flavor connectors, The easiest way to tell them apart is the Center Pin on the 75 Ohm connectors is a SHARP very small needle.

I did not know that ! Thanks

FWIW — I just measured the center pin diameter on both a 50 Ohm and 75 Ohm male BNC.
They both measure 0.053" diameter.
The 50 Ohm and 75 Ohm connectors do mate with no physical damage.

You are right, Geoff.
They have the same mechanical interface specification MIL-STD-348.
