Maestro C Causes 6400 software crash when connecting
I have a new Maestro C. When the Maestro tries to connect to my 6400, the 6400 has a software crash (red power button flashes twice) and the 6400 reboots. This happens every time I try to connect the Maestro. Running 3.7.4 on the Maestro and 6400. The 6400 works fine with my PC, but won't work with the Maestro. The PC is never connected when I try the Maestro. 6400 is connected via ethernet cable. Maestro is connected via WiFi to the same network. Firmware on the 6400 is 3.7.4.29165. A couple of times, I have seen a message on the Maestro that it is doing a firmware updates step 3 of 4. It appears to complete step 3, and then says “done” and continues with the result above.
I have submitted a helpdesk ticket on this, but thought perhaps somebody else had already experienced and solved this issue.

Believe I found the solution to this. I did a complete factory reset on the 6400, which of course wiped out my profiles, etc. Maestro now connects as it should and I've restored my profiles. Everything seems to be OK now.0
