30m robust packet tx inhibit

Options

Hi,

I am trying to TX with my Flex 6400M on 10147.3 kHz which is the frequency in EU for Robust Packet APRS. That frequency is inhibited by the radio. Band Plan for Region 1 allows 10130 - 10150 for narrow band modes - digimodes. What can I do?

Thanks & 73

For some reason the radio thinks you are out of band. This can be affected by your HPF setting.

What is the vfo frequency, the tx bandwidth you are using and if the VFO frequency + the HPF setting is greater than 10150Khz, then the radio will inhibit transmit.

Tell me a bit more if the math makes sense.

Well. I need to be in DIGU. If I go to USB, TX is enabled. So, DIGU bw is greater than 2.7.

I've set the TX bw accordingly. Thanks Mike.

    Did that solve it?

Yes, Mike. I can't exceed 2.700 bandwidth on TX, because I only have 2700 from 10147.3 to 10150. It solved, thanks.
