Trying to set up HRD. I get the error "SmartSDR CAT requires FlexVSP Service

New 6400M owner, and trying to set up HRD. I get the error "SmartSDR CAT requires FlexVSP Service to be installed and running." What do I need to do next?

    I believe FlexVSP gets installed when you install the SmartSDR software that also includes CAT and DAX. CAT also has to be running I believe.

    This is correct, VSP is installed with Smart SDR install.

    Under the task manager, one should see the process "Virtual Serial  Port Kit" if VSP is installed properly and running.
    There is an install .MSI file for VSP in the SSDR install s/w directory...

    THANKS!!  Task Manager does not show Virtual Serial Port Kit.  I just now have reinstalled Smart SDR.  I'll try it again.

    i have same issue, i went into the install directory and ran the "FlexVSPInstaller_32" But i still get same error. And the service does not show up in task list, nor in services.

    I am trying to install Windows SDR on M3 Mac running Parallels Desktop Pro. I saw another thread where someone was able to run SDR in Parallels. Any ideas what to try next.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
