Troubleshooting help Flex3000 suggestions needed

in FLEX Series (Legacy) Radios
I can no longer transmit using phone on SSB and now FT-8 won't work either. I can receive just fine.
Any suggestions on how to fix or just start over? (I recently uninstalled PowerSDR 2.8 and reinstalled to no avail.
Any suggested videos or lists of things to check?
A long time ago, I saved my settings to an online free web site when it was working. I'll send the link if that helps. Thanks in advance.

    Hi AA4TE... sorry, I don't own a 3000, but maybe try some of the things we recommend to people with 6000's???

    a) Try a 'factory-reset' and see if that restores transmit?

    b) Try connecting a dummy load and see if that makes a difference?

    c) Can you connect a power meter to the output to see what (if anything) is coming out?

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
