How to use a RX antenna with a 6600 and AG
Im questioning what is working and not working here at the shack. To use a rx antenna does it need to be connected through the AG or direct to the rig?
I set out a HI-Z array, connected the array to rx A and selected RX A as the receive ant. The noise goes down but not really seeing any difference when directions are changed. Is there something that need to be changed in the AG. Ant 1 is selected for TX and RX in the AG.
Another sort of question I see in the AG manual a "configuration" menu. I don't see configuration as a choice here. All I have device settings. Where do I find or access config?

Device Settings is the configuration menu in AG. That is where you name antennas, select which band they are available on, and select the Flex radio. Don’t forget the check the manual for dip switch settings.

Thanks, operator error then as usual. Everything is flex here so I think I'm good with the dip switches. I checked and it looked to be set for LAN.
