How do I get AG to connect the utility does nothing

Well I am still making progress. I have every box but the Antenna Genius (AG) connected. I downloaded utilities and upgraded firmware on everything else, but no dice on AG. I don't have the coax jumpers installed yet, could this be it or something else?
Boxes connected: 6600, AG, PG, and Maestro. I still have to connect my first antenna and end fed long wire.

    It sounds like your AG is not connected to your network.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
