tuner Genius no signal pass thru

I received my tuner the other day. went thru the setup and all seemed good with setup but when I went to test I had no signal thru the unit in either RX or TX
+++++ If this happens to you , open the lid and check the ribbon cable. Mine was not connected. +++++++++++
