Dear Valued Customer,

We are pleased to announce that the first production run of our 𝗡𝗖-𝟭 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘀𝗲𝘁 has arrived in our warehouse.

However, after careful inspection of the product, we have determined that the microphone mounting system utilized is insufficient quality mechanically.

In light of this, we have made the decision to hold off on the sale of the headset until we receive the newly redesigned microphone holder. We already sent CAD files to tooling factory.

We anticipate that the new microphone holder will be delivered by late June 2023, at which point we will be able to offer you a product of the highest quality and reliability. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this delay, but we firmly believe that it is in the best interest of our customers to prioritize quality and reliability in our products. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we remain committed to delivering exceptional products from our factory.
