have there been any thoughts to "simply" making a hardware dock/software package that would accept a microsoft surface? I would think that you would then offload the pc functionality to the manufacturer, and you could sell a dock with the hardware interface you desire. Even could see a Conductor grade with an upgraded version of the flexcontrol on steroids with audio and keying jacks,, and a Maestro that is more interface features for external video, more interface options etc.

I know that I would not hesitate to buy either/both variants. Been really happy with surface's over the years, and they seem to be pretty consistent with the physical attributes over the years.

Would definitely prefer this over the dell solution, or an ipad solution.

    Substitute a Mac for the Windows machine and I would say yes.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
