AGAIN SmartSDR CAT and COM ports problem

I know this topic has been covered before and I don't understand why someone can't find a stable fix for this problem.

Quite often, when I turn on my computer and start programs SmartSRD CAT starts and hangs, not displaying the window.
There's no point in waiting...it's not a slow start...it just won't start.
It is of little use to "restore" FlexVSPinstaller64 ... SmartSDR CAT restarts but no longer sees the COMs that are still installed on the computer.

Device manager shows installed coms
FlexVSPInstaller_64 (repair) does not fix the problem
vspcleaner does not solve the problem

any other software sees the previously created COMs but not SmartSDR CAT.

So you have to create others ... which will be added to those already created that SmartSDR CAT does not see ... reset the various programs etc ...

Has anyone by any chance definitively solved this problem which seems to be only SmartSDR CAT?

Since you have not created a support ticket regarding this, I opened one for you.
