Message on the face of my 6600M

in SmartSDR for Maestro and M models

1) I am trying to use the new filters in the latest update concerning digital operation. However when I go to DIGU and using the 15 pin assy jack on the rear of my 6600m there is no output. However if I go to USB then I get full output from my SCS Pactor controller into this 15 pin input. My question I guess is two fold 1- why is this no output when going to DIGU vers USB and 2- Do the new filters work on digital modes I assume no so what is my option to use these filters .

(2) after updating to 3.421 (latest firmware) my 6600M on the front screen is saying with a yellow ball icon UPDATE ? I have done the update I have follow the directions or rules by shutting the radio off removing power for over 2 minutes then cold boot and it still reads this message UPDATE

    Hi Doug... if you haven't already, I would open a Help Desk Support ticket.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
