Is the smartlink server down? I can't reach it. Shows it's there, but doesn't respond.
When it fails to connect, the issue is often related to settings on your router or SmartLink is not possible at all if your ISP is a CGNAT user.
SmartLink is not down as I can connect on Windows and iOS.
I would review your router port fowarding.
We have this video that explains it and we tried to make it simple to understand.

I’ve had my flex for about a week and a half and I have not gotten smart link to connect. The radio says I’m connected and the radio shows up in the app. When I press connect nothing happens.
I think I'll email Marcus tomorrow.
Hi Ed, what version of the software are you running? 3.3.33 corrected some SmartLink issues, so you might want to upgrade if you haven't already.
I've been using SmartLink for a couple years now. With very little trouble. That was early on. It's just been in the last couple weeks I've not been able to connect from my iPad. I've not made any changes. Intentionally anyway.
SmartSDR has been crashing on this machine this week. That shouldn't affect remoting into the rig from a different client.
