Flex 1500 Headphone Jack Part #

Looking to replace the headphone jack on my 1500. The plug is not clicking into place as it should. I've downloaded the service manual, but it does not list the parts BOM.

Any help appreciated.

Thank you,
Max

I would imagine that you could find a replacement jack from several sources as long as it has the same mounting as the original. I have never seen a parts list for any of the Flex radios.

Look at it this way...after you remove it the job will be half done!

Good point Geoff. I'm assuming it is a standard part. I did look through DigiKey's offerings and there is a selection of which I am sure one would work.

Mouser is another good source. Sometimes the two have stock from different manufacturers.

    Good luck.
