PGXL and IC-7700

in Power Genius XL Amplifier

We're putting together a Multi-Two contest station. All the radios are Flex except for one IC-7700, which we need to connect to one of our PGXLs. Anyone had experience? Specifically, can we use the RS-232 port on the radio and amp to exchange band data, or do we HAVE TO use the CI-V? Of course, we'll also use the RCA connector port for TX.

    Hi Ken

    I talked to our engineering team about this.

    We are about to release V3.7 for the PGXL and it has an improved Icom/CIV component and that should work just fine for you.

    No date yet, but it will be soon.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
