SmartSDR settings for CAT PTT do not work for me. I've tried several variations of settings without success.

Screen grabs provided below illustrate where my settings are for CAT and WSJT.

Do the Device Manager Virtual Port settings matter when setting COM ports on the WSJT Radio tab?

I would most appreciate guidance and tips for CAT and PTT operation.

As Larry pointed out, you need the colon between the IP address 127.0.0.1 and the TCP port number 5004.

That made a big difference, a colon instead of a period. CAT and PTT operation solved!
