FIRMWARE UPDATE FAILED - RED LIGHT FLASHES 3 TIMES CONSTANTLY

I tried to do an update but failed at 100%, now the power button flashes red 3 times constantly. Have tried power cycles etc and removing power. still the same.

PLEASE Help.
