New SmartSDR 3.3.32 problem...

I done with installation at home. I make the 6400 update and all works OK.
I make the new installation at QRL, but when trying to conect, I get this...

    I do send ticket but no solution so far.... Im connect to my 6400 locally and when I press "PC audio" the radio restart. If Im not delete SSDR.settings is not stops the continues cycling restarts. The same happens and on remote...!!! That happens after the latest update..... Absolutly dissapointed.
