Struggling with AmartLink

Hi,
I am struggling with smartlink as I am going on holiday and wanted to use my 6500 remotely. It operates fine on my local network and has a fixed IP address. However, when I log into smartlink I only see the Demo Radio, even logged into my local network. Note I have up to date v2 software and have set the appropriate ports up on my router.

    What IP address is your ISP assigning to your router?

    Make sure you follow the SmartLink directions in the manual completely. Did you do the PTT registration of the radio to your SmartLink account.

    Follow all the steps in Section 8 of V2 SmartSDR Manual to make sure you didn't miss anything.
