Why does the SmartSDR Screen not come up on my monitor?

I have the 6400M. I am trying to operate in SmartControl Mode. I have the SmartControl Mode with the Station on my 6400M screen. It has my station and it is colored Blue. When I click SnartSDR it brings up both the CAT and DAX. They are connected to the radio. There is an icon on the bottom that has SDR. I can see the SmartSDR Windows screen. But for some unknown reason to me, it will not bring it up on my monitor screen. It tells me that the client is connected to SmartSDR, CAT and DAX. DAX and CAT are on my monitor screen but SmartSDR is not. Why is this happening? I want to set audio levels for the upcoming contest. And if I can't get the SmartSDR screen on my monitor, I connect make the adjustments. I tried to download SmartSDR without having to download DAX and CAT. Because I really don't want to recreate CAT and DAX all over again. What can I do to get this to work? Now, for some reason I am getting a SmartSDR Connect screen. My radio is listed and it gives me the choices, Connect, Disconnect and SmartLink Setup. I clicked on the Connect and this is the error message I get...

    Actually, that message means you were trying to run 2 copies of SmartSDR on the same PC.

    I think I know what the problem is! The #2 monitor that has my 6400M on it. But if I put SmartControl on, the SmartControl screen is still on Monitor 2. Which is where I want it to be. But for some reason SmartSDR is showing also on Monitor 2. And I cannot minimize the SmartControl Screen to move SmartSDR over to monitor 1. Does anyone know how to do this?

    I got it fixed!!!!

    Within windows I had it set up as 2 monitors. Which I had as extended. I went in and changed the setting to Duplicate these Displays. I then turned off my 6400M and rebooted it. I then accessed SmartControl and that is on Monitor 2. I then loaded SmartSDR and that is currently on Monitor 1 which is where I want it to be. Windows can be very confusing at times.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor.
