I need updated help , missing Freq display

This is what i get for updating a hard drive to SSD .

I never had this problem before .

I have tried everything , video ,settings, font , scaling , refresh rate , screen size ,

 three different screens.

I have high end video card Nvidia, geforce 1070TI

I will be contacting my friends at FLEX this week .

I do believe it might be windows 10 media update issues, I just don't what update to take away?

    There are instructions for finding and loading the proper font to work with SmartSDR.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
