Transmit Profiles Disappearing

in FLEX-6000 Signature Series

I already opened a HD ticket but being a long weekend I know they are out. So I am taking a chance to ask the question here for ideas.

I have a 2 day old Pre-Loved 6500 I just got. Using V3.2.39. Every time I power down the 6500 via the power button, upon the next start all my Transmit profiles are gone, all that stays are the Default and IOS Default. All the Global and Mic Profiles stay though.

Any thoughts on what is up? It is very frustrating.

    Hi Gary, If you haven't tried this yet, do a factory reset and see if it behaves after that. If not, you will need to wait for a response to your ticket.

    Well Len I gave that a try and still looses Transmit Profiles every time I power up the 6500 😕

    Hi, look for a posting i made some month ago.

    Not exactly your Problem, but similar:

    The problem must be solved on your PC , has nothing to do with the radio. You must delete some cached file, then it will work.

    We had that for a few PC´s here stepping up to that Version.

    i try to find it...
