6400M DAX Question

Running a 6400M with no PC connected. I am connected to my network. Running SSB.

What should the DAX setting be set to?

  Unless you are running a digital app on a PC, or are running a logging program that uses DAX to output audio, just leave DAX off.

  As above, DAX is used to connect the flex audio to other programs for a variety of purposes, for example WSJT.

  In your case with SSB, no DAX connection is required. That is only for Digital mode operations (or similar).
